SHAPING TOMORROW, TOGETHER

AI Summit Dubai is where sovereignty, security, and prosperity meet the age of artificial intelligence — a two-day gathering built for the people designing what comes next.

WHY DUBAI, WHY NOW

Not by treating artificial intelligence as a standalone sector, but by pairing policy, infrastructure, and talent into a single ecosystem.

Dubai is rising fast in the AI era — not by treating artificial intelligence as a standalone sector, but by weaving policy, infrastructure, and talent into a single ecosystem. The city’s 2030 strategy positions AI as a direct driver of economic growth, public service delivery, and global competitiveness — and it’s already showing results: a clear government blueprint, dedicated AI leadership inside government entities, AI and Web3 incubators, a commercial licence for AI firms, and land earmarked for data centres now support a base of more than 800 AI companies using Dubai as a testbed for implementation and scaling.

AI Summit Dubai was created to give that momentum a stage. It’s a working forum, not a trade show — a place where the public sector’s role as AI’s largest buyer and adopter meets the ambitions of hyperscalers, founders, and policymakers from across the Global South.

We believe the next chapter of AI won’t be written by any single country or company. It will be written in rooms like this one — where regulators sit next to chip-makers, where Global South ministers compare notes with Gulf investors, and where a 12-year-old certified AI engineer shares the stage with heads of state.

Not another conference. A live draft of tomorrow.

World AI Summit Dubai brings the full intelligence ecosystem into one room — not to predict the future, but to participate in it.

FULL DAYS OF PROGRAMMING (09:00–18:00)

Four pillars anchor the Summit's programming

Our mission is simple: help Dubai — and cities like it — turn AI ambition into resilient, sovereign, and trusted infrastructure. Everything on the Summit's agenda is built around four pillars.

Building Identity & Brand as an AI Hub

Positioning Dubai as the safest operational base for regional AI and cloud, and a convening point for East–West AI collaboration.

Securing Critical Infrastructure & Data

AI-driven cyber defence, anomaly detection, and digital twins for data centres, ports, and logistics hubs.

Sustaining Dubai as a Socio-Economic Powerhouse

Predictive optimisation for trade and logistics, personalised tourism services, and smarter public services.

Sovereign & "Trust-Ready" AI

Building sovereign AI stacks hosted in the UAE, and establishing ethics and security frameworks that reassure investors and citizens alike.

TWO DAYS, ONE CONVERSATION

AI Summit Dubai runs across two full programming days (09:00–18:00), structured to move from infrastructure to impact:

Day 1

Rising Tech Horizon: Sovereign AI and Infrastructure.

Positioning Dubai as the safest operational base for regional AI and cloud, and a convening point for East–West AI collaboration.

Day 2

Security, People, and Future Systems.

Sessions on disinformation, climate and resource security, workforce resilience, and social protection — closing with a collaboratively drafted outcome statement, The Dubai Principles on AI Resilience.

Rather than fixating on fixed name-tags, we design our programme around speaker archetypes — high-level policy and government voices, hyperscaler and infrastructure leaders, Global South policymakers, academics and think tanks, and civil-society and media representatives — so every session reflects the full range of people actually building this future, not just the loudest ones.

ORGANISED BY MINDSCAPE AI

AI Summit Dubai is organised by MindScape AI, a company focused on creating content and driving conversations through AI & ML. MindScape AI designed the Summit's programme, speaker strategy, and outcome framework in partnership with the AI Summit Dubai host organisation, with a mandate to keep the event globally relevant, regionally grounded, and genuinely inclusive of voices from the Gulf and the Global South alike.

Rakesh Shukla

CEO, MindScape AI

Rakesh leads MindScape AI's work creating content through AI & ML, and is the driving force behind AI Summit Dubai's programme design — from its speaker archetypes to its closing outcome document, the Dubai Principles on AI Resilience.

OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES

Inclusive by Design

Every panel is built to include high-level government, industry, Global South policy voices, academia, and civil society — not just the usual hyperscaler line-up.

Sovereignty with Openness

We champion sovereign and trust-ready AI infrastructure without losing sight of global collaboration and cross-border trust frameworks.

Substance Over Spectacle

Sessions are built around real case studies — ports, airlines, energy utilities, water grids — not just big-picture hype.

Human-Centred AI

From explainability and interoperability in government AI policy to youth voices on the programme, we keep people at the centre of every AI conversation.

AI-Generated Visions of Tomorrow

Where intelligence meets opportunity

Whether you're setting policy, building infrastructure, raising capital, or asking the hard questions from outside the room — there's a seat for you at AI Summit Dubai.
